1. General terms

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller (the e-commerce) and the customer when purchasing goods through the online store www.representworkwear.com.

1.3 Currency: All prices are in EUR (Euro).

1.4 Language: The language of the contract is English.

1.5 Purchase: By using this e-commerce, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. How the contract is formed

2.1 The customer orders goods via the e-commerce www.representworkwear.com. Orders can only be placed by individuals over the age of 18.

2.2 Upon submitting the order, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation of the order via email. This confirmation serves as an acknowledgment of the order, not as a final contract.

2.3 A purchase contract is concluded when we send the customer a confirmation of the order or when the order is confirmed by the seller or after payment is made by the customer.

2.4 The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case the product is out of stock, there are suspicions of abuse of the e-commerce, or for other justified reasons. The customer will be informed of any such refusal.

2.5 The customer is clearly informed before completing the order about the prices, delivery conditions, rights of withdrawal, and other important information, which are available in the terms and conditions section on the e-commerce website.

2.6 The customer acknowledges that the seller does not keep individual purchase contracts in paper form. Orders are recorded electronically, and the customer can access them upon request.

3. Rights and obligations of the seller

3.1 The seller is required to:

  • Deliver the product to the customer in the agreed quantity, quality, and within the agreed timeframe, properly packaged and ready for transport.
  • Ensure that the delivered product complies with applicable laws in Slovakia.
  • Provide the customer with a confirmation of the purchase contract, including all legally required information, at the time of delivery.
  • Provide necessary documents for the use of the product (instructions, invoices, warranty certificates if applicable).

3.2 The seller has the right to:

  • Receive the payment for the goods from the customer in full and on time.

3.3 Product unavailability
If the product ordered is unavailable due to being out of stock or other reasons, the seller will offer the customer an alternative solution. If the customer does not accept the alternative solution, they may cancel the contract, and the seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days.

4. Rights and obligations of the customer

4.1 The customer is obligated to:

  • Accept the delivered product.
  • Pay the agreed price, including delivery costs, on time.
  • Immediately check the condition of the package and the product. Any damage must be reported immediately to the courier and the seller.

4.2 The customer has the right to:

  • Receive the product in the agreed quantity, quality, and within the agreed timeframe.
  • Receive all legally required documents related to the product.

5. Delivery and payment terms

5.1 Product availability and delivery

  • The delivery time may vary depending on the product's availability. The seller will inform the customer of the estimated delivery time during order processing.
  • f no other agreement is made, the seller will dispatch the goods within 2-5 working days after the contract is concluded. Delivery depends on the carrier. If delivery takes longer than expected, the customer can request information on the order's status or, in the case of a significant delay, cancel the contract.

5.3 Receipt and inspection of goods

  • The customer is obligated to inspect the package and the goods upon receipt.
  • If the package is damaged, the customer must document the damage with the courier or seller and immediately inform the seller.
  • If the customer refuses to accept damaged goods, the return is covered by the seller.

5.4 Seller is not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries caused by the carrier.
  • Damage to the shipment caused by the carrier.
  • Non-delivery due to restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.

5.5 Payment methods

5.6 Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the selected shipping method. The customer will be informed of the costs before completing the order.

5.7 Discounts and offers

  • The seller may provide discounts for e-commerce registration or repeat purchases.

6. Warranty and returns

6.1 All products come with a 24-month warranty unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Right to return

  • The customer can return the product within 14 days after receiving it without providing a reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • To initiate a return, the customer must use the online form available on www.representworkwear.com/returns.

6.3 Refund

  • The customer will be refunded the full amount, including shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days after the returned goods are received. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the order unless otherwise agreed.

7. Data protection and privacy

7.1 Personal data processing

  • The seller processes personal data in compliance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Slovak Data Protection Act. Personal data is used for the purpose of processing orders, delivering goods, and fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., accounting).

7.2 Rights of the customer

8. Alternative dispute resolution

9. Final provisions

9.1 These Terms and conditions are governed by Slovak law.

9.2 Any disputes between the seller and the customer will be resolved through mutual agreement. If no agreement can be reached, the consumer may use alternative dispute resolution according to applicable law.

9.3 The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Any changes will be effective from the date they are published on the e-commerce and will not affect orders already placed.
