BENNON Group a.s., originally known as Z-STYLE CZ a.s., was founded in early 2009 as a fully Czech joint-stock company. Since its inception, it has continued the rich shoemaking tradition of the city of Zlín, made famous by Tomáš Baťa. The company systematically focuses on the development, testing, and distribution of work, safety, and leisure footwear while also providing professional consulting in the footwear industry.

In 2017, BENNON expanded its product range to include work and outdoor clothing to meet the growing demand for these products. A major milestone came in 2021 with the opening of its own testing laboratory, contributing to more efficient product development and enhanced quality of footwear and clothing.

The company is a member of the Czech Footwear and Leather Association and holds the "Comfortable Footwear" certification. Currently, it produces footwear under the brands BENNON® and ADAMANT® and clothing under the PROMACHER® brand. All products are gradually being consolidated under the unified BENNON® brand.
